Iran: Messages and images of Resistance leaders in Tehran and other cities on the 40th Day of Martyrs Remembrance

On the 40th day of Remembrance of the Martyrs of the protests, the Resistance units distributed and published messages and images of Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), and Massoud Rajavi, Leader of the Iranian Resistance, in Tehran and in cities like Karaj, Isfahan, Tabriz, Shahr-e Ray, and Amol.

The banners said: "Long live the martyrs of Shahriar to Karaj, Sirjan, Behbahan, Shiraz, Marivan, Khorramshahr, Tehran and other cities", "Flowers have flourished from the blood of the martyrs", "Long live the martyrs of the uprising of the Iranian people", "Long live the rebels for freedom, long live the uprising of Iran for freedom" and "Long live the martyrs, the heroes of the Iranian people, who terrorized the Revolutionary Guard."

These actions of the Resistance units were carried out in circumstances in which, terrified by the commemorative events, the Revolutionary Guard put all of its heavily armed forces on alert and stationed them in the streets and squares of the capital and other cities. The regime has canceled vacations and all permission for members of the Revolutionary Guards and regular army forces.
