Nobel Laureates Call for Release of Elite Iranian Students

MEK Iran informs on their news website that in a joint letter to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, nine Nobel laureates warned that the arrest of two elite Iranian students, Amir Hossein Moradi and Ali Younesi, paves the way for widespread and brutal repression of the dissidents and students in the months after the coronavirus outbreak.

Iran: Unlimited Storage of Enriched Uranium, Heavy Water and Reconsideration of Commitment to Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and Additional Protocol


The news portal of MEK Iran has informed that in an interview with the Fars News Agency on April 5, Ali Akbar Salehi, head of the Iranian regime's Atomic Energy Organization, said: “Nuclear activities, such as research and development on the nuclear fuel cycle, conversion uranium and enrichment (including production and storage) are carried out without any restriction. The production and accumulation of enriched uranium is now as high as before the nuclear deal, heavy water storage completed without restrictions, the construction process for the Arak Heavy Water Research Reactor (new design) is proceeding in cooperation with foreign parties and the use of related equipment.”
“Despite the JCPOA (nuclear deal), many research activities have continued (such as research on high-quality, high-performance centrifuges). It is a logical combination of improving quality and increasing quantity, how to use new centrifuges, in addition to increasing the quantity of old machines in operation,” he added.

Coronavirus Outbreak in Iran: Prison Riots are a Sign of Regime Instability


One of the most significant social phenomena during the critical days of the coronavirus outbreak in Iran is the rebellion and the escape of prisoners in various Iranian cities.

Over the past ten days, prisoners in at least nine cities in Iran, including Khorramabad, Aligodarz, Tabriz, Saqqez, Hamedan, Mahabad, Ahvaz, Tehran and Shiraz, rebelled.
In recent weeks, while the Iranian regime has adopted a policy of silence, several inmates have been infected with the coronavirus and some have died.

Iran: Messages and images of Resistance leaders in Tehran and other cities on the 40th Day of Martyrs Remembrance


On the 40th day of Remembrance of the Martyrs of the protests, the Resistance units distributed and published messages and images of Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), and Massoud Rajavi, Leader of the Iranian Resistance, in Tehran and in cities like Karaj, Isfahan, Tabriz, Shahr-e Ray, and Amol.



Iran's Resurgent Resistance: Bipartisan US Delegation Visits with MEK at Ashraf 3


In a book titled Iran's Resurgente Resistance, Professor Ivan Sascha Sheehan, an anti-terrorist scholar and leading authority on US policy towards Iran, talks about a journey made by a bipartisan delegation of senior US officials which consent in-depth knowledge of the Iranian Resistance community.

The trip took place in Ashraf 3, Albania, home to several thousand members of the main Iranian opposition group, People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI), also known as Mujahedin-e Khalq or MEK Iran.
